A good design-project is a project that fully meets the task at hand. A project that will allow you to implement your plans as easily, efficiently, and optimally using your budget, time, and emotions as possible. 
A design project is not only drawings, sketches, and scans, but it is also a multi-stage and multi-component process and our task is to make sure that you care about these steps and complexities as little as possible.

Stages of creating a design project:

Problem statement, concept development;

Project description - ideology, portrait of a potential consumer, age group, presence or absence of a pronounced artistic image, style direction.

Description of the functionality, a list of the main zones and types of activities.
At this stage that the purpose of the premises is determined - will the children sleep in the kindergarten, or will it be a short stay group? Will there be a cafe in the children's center, its own kitchen or will the food be imported? Do you need a scientific laboratory or a culinary studio? Should the hall for the holidays be transformed into a dance hall during their absence, and the cafe into a lecture hall? At this stage, parents together with designers decide whether there will be a TV in the nursery, a screen with a projector or no cartoons at all? Will you need an extra bed for a nanny/grandmother and should the potential for accommodating a second or third child be included in the layout?

​Collage presentation - this is the most convenient way to approve the main style direction of the project. The collage presents photos of projects similar in style and mood, basic colors, textures, textures and their combinations, photos of furniture, lamps, textiles and finishing materials that are supposed to be used in the project.

Architectural measurements, zoning scheme;

This stage is the foundation for the whole project, a competent ergonomic layout is the key to comfortable operation for many years without alterations and headaches. We offer several options or the only optimal zoning option, which includes the explication of the premises and the arrangement of furniture and equipment. For this stage, it is necessary to perform architectural measurements of the room with bindings to load-bearing walls and communications.

Selection of furniture, textiles, lighting, finishing materials, approval of custom equipment elements;

Based on the style concept, the purpose of the premises, the layout of furniture and the agreed budget, we offer options for furniture, lighting, furniture facades, floor coverings, etc. This stage is graphically designed in the form of a collage indicating manufacturers and approximate prices for products, as well as a mud board with samples of materials, textiles and paints. The collage allows you to evaluate the harmonious combination of all elements and present the general mood of the future project.

Photorealistic 3D visualizations;

Photorealistic visualizations are a time-consuming and time-consuming process. But this kind of presentation allows you to "look into the future", to see the final result from several angles with all the accessories and little things, with different lighting scenarios and transformation elements. Photorealistic visualizations help to make the necessary adjustments during design, avoiding them at the implementation stage.

The package of working drawings is provided in digital form in PDF format, as well as in printed form in an album of A3 format. A package of drawings is needed not only during repair, but also during the operation of the object - to know the color of the wall according to RAL, so as not to pick up the shade manually when it is damaged; to know the manufacturer of lamps, plumbing, etc., so that in case of a breakdown to pick up spare parts or replace; well, it is important to know where the electrical wiring takes place, so as not to clog there's a nail in it for the painting.

Equipment;

A complete set is the filling of an object with furniture, equipment and finishing materials. In the design project, we must specify their models, quantity and articles. At the stage of completion, we compile a detailed specification indicating specific models, finishes, and produce samples of non-standard joinery. We select the optimal suppliers taking into account the best price/quality ratio, delivery time and their reputation in the market. Together with them, we form commercial offers and draw up invoices, taking into account all discount programs.

Designer supervision;

Author supervision is the supervision of the implementation of the idea according to the project; the solution of all issues that inevitably arise during construction; local adjustment of drawings based on new introductory ones.
